RATES
Rates at any Bed and Breakfast vary a lot with the time
period desired. Generally speaking, rates will be higher on the weekends and during Festivals and Holidays. Rates
will generally be lower during the weekdays and during the slower periods.
Our rate structure is normally between $150 and $190 on
weekends and $145 and $160 during the week. Festival and some Holiday rates will be higher. Ask about our specials.
Amenities are always the same and a full gourmet breakfast
is always included. We invite you to call our toll free number at 1 800 927 6344 for the best rates we can give
you for the time period you desire. Minimum stays may be required. We may be able to make a few suggestions that
will save you some money or enable you to have a longer stay for just a little bit more money. We look forward

POLICIES
Check-in: 3 PM -- 6 PM (special arrangements can easily be made)
Check out: 11 AM
Smoking: For the comfort and safety of our guests, the interior of the Inn is a nonsmoking environment. We have
outdoor smoking areas available upstairs and downstairs.
Children: Our inn is unsuitable for children.
Reservations: 21 day cancellation policy. We issue a gift certificate, less a $25.00 administrative fee, for cancellations
that fall within the 21 day time frame. Festival weekend cancellation policies vary. Contact us for details. Cancellations
must be made via telephone and a $25.00 fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Emails and Faxes are too unreliable.
