This page takes a while to load as there are many pictures. It is worth the wait. Mount Dora Antique Car Show 2006 Mount Dora has several car shows every year. On a recent weekend, it was the very early automobiles. We also have the muscle cars of the 60's and 70's and the exotic cars of the world at different times. We hope that seeing these pictures will give you a little flavor of our town and get you to come and see Mount Dora for yourself. There was also a sailing regatta this weekend with numerous sail boats of all sizes out on Lake Dora. it is a 2 day event with sailors from all over the state attending. It is sponsored by the Mount Dora Yacht club, the oldest Yacht Club in Florida. Segways are available to rent for cruising around Mount Dora.
